We are looking for a passionate and reliable Web Chat Representative to join our team at Harman International Industries. As a remote employee based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product questions, technical issues, and troubleshooting - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent decision-making and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Fluency in English and German is required
