Tasks

For their Headquarters in Schwerzenbach they are seeking a Business Application Manager to join their Team:

• Take on the role of a key business contact for designated applications ensuring seamless operations and providing timely technical support.
• Provide 2nd level support via their ticket system swiftly identifying and resolving technical issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Address inquiries from key users customize systems and conduct employee training sessions to optimize utilization.
• Oversee change and release management processes for specialized applications ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions.
• Contribute to the development of technical concepts requirements and test specifications to enhance system functionality.
• Act as an interface and coordination point with external partners monitoring contract components to uphold service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure optimal system availability.
• Share responsibility for shaping and maintaining their IT enterprise architecture.

Requirements

• Completed higher education in computer science business informatics or automation.
• Proven experience in technical support network and server administration and application support within an industrial setting.
• Implementation experiencie with CRM & ERP Platforms (ideally Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and a penchant for systematic solutionoriented approaches.
• Proficiency in German . Key requirement!
