As a Business Intelligence & Business Warehouse Developer, you will join a robust team of over 20 professionals, directly collaborating with the Head of Development. Your role will be pivotal in aligning with the Business Systems Expert to guarantee efficient data management, including its utilization, visualization, and warehousing. This position necessitates an on-site presence to effectively fulfill these responsibilities.

• Business Analysis & Solution Development : Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and devise strategic Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to address those needs.
• Data Integration Architecture : Architect, develop, and deploy robust data integration solutions that streamline business processes.
• Analytics Product Oversight : Perform daily evaluations to ensure the optimal performance and accuracy of analytics products.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with various competence centers and contribute to projects such as SAP S4/Hana, enhancing operational synergy.
• External Solution Assessment : Assess and validate technical solutions provided by external IT service providers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Documentation Stewardship : Manage comprehensive technical documentation, maintaining meticulous records of systems and processes.
• Technology Exploration : Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives for emerging technologies, driving innovation and technological advancement.
• Global Communication : Utilize exceptional communication skills to effectively interact within an international business environment.

• Data Warehousing Expertise : Proficiency in data warehouse modeling methodologies, with a strong foundation in best practices and design principles.
• SAP Proficiency : Comprehensive knowledge of SAP BW, Hana modeling, CDS Views, and ABAP programming language.
• BI Tools Acumen : A solid understanding of SAP Business Objects, SAP ERP/S4, and proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for insightful data visualization.
• Agile Project Management : Well-versed in standard project management within an agile framework, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in project delivery.
• Statistical & Machine Learning Knowledge : Familiarity with statistical programming languages such as R or Python, and machine learning models, is highly regarded.
• Industry Experience : Approximately 5 years of experience in conceptualizing and executing successful Business Intelligence solutions.
• Language Skills : Fluency in English paired with either French or German, enabling effective communication in a multilingual setting.
