At Five Senses Dining AG, we invite you to join us in creating a unique culinary experience at our new Japanese restaurant in Zurich. We go beyond traditional fine dining to cultivate a lively and engaging social atmosphere. Each dish we serve is a delightful journey that stimulates all five senses.
We're hiring a Sous Chef and Head Chef for our fine dining Kappo restaurant.
Oversee kitchen operations.
Plan Japanese menus.
Manage staff.
Handle inventory.
Train assistant chefs in Japanese cuisine.
Maintain food safety standards.
Minimum of 10 years' working experience at a KAISEKI or KAPPOU restaurant in Japan.
Deep knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture.
Strong communication skills in Japanese. Proficiency in English and German is a plus.
