At Five Senses Dining AG, we invite you to join us in creating a unique culinary experience at our new Japanese restaurant in Zurich. We go beyond traditional fine dining to cultivate a lively and engaging social atmosphere. Each dish we serve is a delightful journey that stimulates all five senses.

Tasks

We're hiring a Sous Chef and Head Chef for our fine dining Kappo restaurant.

  • Oversee kitchen operations.

  • Plan Japanese menus.

  • Manage staff.

  • Handle inventory.

  • Train assistant chefs in Japanese cuisine.

  • Maintain food safety standards.

Profile

  • Minimum of 10 years' working experience at a KAISEKI or KAPPOU restaurant in Japan.

  • Deep knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture.

  • Strong communication skills in Japanese. Proficiency in English and German is a plus.
