Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are building a new team to drive the LabX Software Business for the METTLER TOLEDO Laboratory division. LabX is a Software that is sold globally in pharma, chemical, food and beverage, battery, semiconductor, etc. industries to small and large global key accounts. To complete our team consisting of product management and business development we are looking for a Marketing Manager LabX Software Solution 80 - 100% (all genders).

This role is based in our global operating headquarter in Nänikon-Greifensee (close to Zurich), Switzerland.

In this role, your responsibilities would include: 

• You drive the digital LabX SW marketing strategy
• You develop and execute the marketing plan
• You are responsible for all marketing activities of the LabX team
• You create marketing campaigns as part of the divisional marketing plan
• You write and provide input for content material
• You push e-marketing activities (SEM, mt.com, eCommerce)
• You coordinate product marketing collaterals (brochures, datasheets, application notes)
• You support product launches

What You Need to Succeed

Following requirements are necessary for this role: 

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or related technical fields 
• You are an experienced professional in B2B, SaaS software marketing - ideally in a laboratory environment
• You gained proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit: Willingness to take ownership and drive things forward
• You stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement of progress and success
• You have a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
• Ideally you have a background in the laboratory domain or are excited to learn and dive into this fascinating world
• Ideally you are savvy with AI tools
• You have fluent language skills in English, your German skills would be an asset for this role
