PhD in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar 5+ years of relevant experience in Industry/Academia, with demonstrated growth in robotics product development and/or research Technical expertise in multiple of these areas: State Estimation, Control, Path Planning, Obstacle Avoidance, Manipulation, Navigation, Robotics Simulation Knowledge of ROS, Python, C/C++ required Strong project management skills; familiarity with modern project management frameworks and tools Good business acumen and strategic mindset Strong interpersonal and communication skills in spoken and written English. Comfortable with initiating and nurturing new connections in a matrix organization Strong collaborative mindset, capacity to motivate and lead by example
