The position
As Compliance Partner, you'll play a vital role in managing compliance risks in Rare Disease therapy areas, collaborating with various stakeholders in the global Rare Disease organization. This involves engagement with diverse teams including Rare Disease Medical Affairs, Commercial, Communication and Public Affairs, and Advanced Therapies/Innovative Solutions, as well as colleagues worldwide in the Global Legal and Compliance organization.
The scope of responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:
Your workplace will be in Zurich, Switzerland, but you will be expected to travel periodically to the Denmark headquarters of Novo Nordisk.
This is a unique opportunity to obtain valuable insights into Novo Nordisk’s business and gain exposure to the global organization. Additionally, various opportunities within Novo Nordisk in Denmark and abroad offer potential for further future personal opportunities and development.

About the department
You will be part of a small, but mighty 5-person team of lawyers and compliance and quality professionals spread out over Zurich, Denmark, and Bangalore, India. The team is anchored in the Rare Disease business unit.
The Rare Disease business unit is headquarted in Zurich, Switzerland with hubs in Denmark, Turkey, India, and the US. We are focused on improving the lives of people with serious chronic rare diseases. Patients are at the centre of everything we do.
