Office Manager FR/ENG

For one of our clients in trading in Geneva, we are looking for a bilingual FR/ENG Office Manager (M/W) for a 6 months contract.

Your responsibilities:

• Classic Office Management tasks such as being in contact with the building Facilities Manager for cleaning/ maintenance/ reception services. 
• Handle security of the building
• Organizing events
• Onboarding and handle visit of the work space
• Expense submission
• Binding documents and handling archives
• Invoice tracking
• Assisting with different projects
• Contracts and Warranties management
• Covering and assisting the reception when needed

Your profile:

• You are immediately available and until the end of the year to cover a maternity leave
• Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience as an Office Manager in a dynamic environment
• Experience in hospitality is a plus 
• You are flexible, dynamic, solutions-oriented and a real multi-tasker
• Great confidentiality level and good team spirit
• Excellent communication skills with a strong team spirit
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Perfectly fluent in English and a good level in French is required, any other language is welcome
• 100% on-site role, no home office
