Architect/Engineer with Focus on Facades

Herzog & de Meuron is an international architectural practice based in Basel, Switzerland. Established in 1978, the practice is led by the two founders together with the Partners and the CEO. Today, an international team of over 500 collaborators is engaged in a wide range of projects across Europe, the Americas and Asia. The main office in Basel works in tandem with studios in Berlin and Munich, Paris, London, Hong Kong, New York, and San Francisco. For our office in Basel we are looking for an architect/engineer with a focus on facades to start immediately or by arrangement. Your Profile:

• Diploma or Master’s degree in architecture (university of applied sciences or university)
• At least 7 years of professional experience in planning, detailing, coordination and execution in all phases
• Independent in coordination and communication with façade consultants, producers and system suppliers, as well as potential contractors.
• Excellent knowledge of CAD and Rhino. Revit an advantage
• Good German and English language skills are required
