Our client a top tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm is looking for a ERP Cutover and Command Centre Lead for a toptier US Bank. The ideal candidate must have experience in developing a detailed cutover plan for implementing a complex cloud ERP solution.

Essential Requirements and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive cutover plan outlining all activities dependencies and timelines leading up to and during the cutover period for Oracle ERP implementation involving Financials and Supply Chain Modules.
• Coordinate with project managers functional and technical teams business stakeholders and edge system teams to ensure alignment and buyin for the cutover plan.
• Identify potential risks and issues related to the cutover process and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to business operations.
• Continuously monitor and assess risks throughout the cutover period implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate resources including personnel equipment and materials necessary for the cutover activities.
• Ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities during the cutover period. Lead the execution of cutover activities according to the predetermined plan and schedule
• Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users and stakeholders following the cutover to address any issues or concerns that arise.
• Conduct postcutover reviews to evaluate the success of the cutover process
• Maintain detailed documentation of cutover activities including plans schedules and postcutover reviews.
• Prepare and distribute status reports to project stakeholders providing updates on cutover progress issues and resolutions.
