We are currently recruiting for the role of Project Manager to be based in our Zug Headquarters
Primary Purpose of the role
Scenic Group is focused on leveraging technology to revolutionize our business practices, develop in-house capabilities, and secure long-term financial stability. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, leading, and overseeing technology projects as part of the broader IT team.
In the capacity of the Project Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing and delivering business & IT projects, elevating the overall standards of project delivery, and contributing to the development of pipeline initiatives before they transition into projects.
Key Accountabilities
Identifying and engaging with key stakeholders
Facilitating communication between various business units and teams
Evaluate options for process improvements when working on project intake or projects
Document projects, processes, and operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Effectively engage and co-ordinate internal and external stakeholders to achieve the most suitable and achievable outcomes
Manage and coordinate business and technology projects
Monitor and manage the assigned project pipeline
Challenge and clarify scope requirements and objectives to identify innovative and progressive solutions
Ensure delivery and implementation of requirements within specified timeframes
Prepare and manage all relevant project documentation
Manage change impacts and communications to the business to minimize disruptions and delivery successful outcomes.
Key Challenges
Building productive, collaborative, and cooperative relationships within the team and with various stakeholders and service providers globally to ensure best practice project management while delivering complex and challenging projects
Ensuring projects are completed within required timeframes and meet required outcomes and quality standards, and are achieved within budget
Working across a range of disciplines to deliver consistently high-quality services
Requirements
The Project Manager must have the following:
Highly developed organisational skills, demonstrated through the ability to manage a range of conflicting priorities.
3-5 years Project Management experience with exposure to a known framework (PRINCE2 / PMBoK).
Proven experience scheduling resources and managing competing workloads.
