ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE: Global A&C Operations Specialist

LOCATION: Chiasso, Switzerland

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Full Time

SALARY RANGE: CHF 42000-45000

What you'll do: 

• Provide assistance to our Community of Travel Coordinators replying to tickets, spotting trends and proposing possibile improvements to reduce the number of requests
• Monitor bookings of transfers of Travel Coordinators to ensure policies and budgets are respected and address any inconsistency to the competent team
• Supervise shipment of merchandising for each tour, monitor stock, take care of restocking orders and resolve logistic 
• Lead projects from start to finish: perform deep-dives, initiate and oversee execution (or collaborate with other teams if the execution is on them), onboard and update stakeholders and monitor the impact afterwards.
• Support the training of external collaborators and new team members as well as be the escalation point for operational questions
• Coordinate with external providers on daily operational tasks and project updates

What we’re looking for: 

• 2/3 years experience in Operations, Customer Care or Project Management roles
• Great problem-solving skills, hands-on and tech-savvy approach
• Good analytics skills (Excel, G suite, bonus: basic SQL)
• Good project management, stakeholder management and team working skills
• Great client-facing and internal communication skills both in English and Italian
• Experience in Travel and Merchandising sector (plus)
