For our client, a leading Swiss Contract Development and Manufacturing Company in the (bio)pharmacuetical area, we are looking for a flexible

Logistics Technical Specialist (5874)

in a contractor setting in the Valais region.

Your tasks:

• In cooperation with the Process Engineer, leads all activities in the area of technical changes, risk analyses and risk assessments and is the first point of contact for safety issues.
• Know-how in the client systems SAP, DMS & Track Wise
• Initiator and support for technical changes (TCR)
• Leading, conducting and monitoring risk analyses & HAZOP
• Recognize, resolve and interpret deviations
• Participate in safety rounds and audits (EHS)
• Ensure safety, GMP compliance of all team members and conduct trainings
• Presenting and whenever possible enforcing our standard procedures at kickoff meetings with our customers and PMs.
• Correctly archive all relevant paperwork and data to ensure full traceability
• Compliance with legal requirements (EHS, xGMP, GDP, ISO 9001).
• Creation and timely implementation of training plans & trainings
• Good knowledge of English
• Coordination of maintenance of equipment, maintenance, interface engineering, hygiene, EHS, SGIE
• Creation of incident reports & participation in their clarification
• Coordination and preparation of work permits
• Support with all logistics activities

Requirements:

• You have completed commercial, logistics or CPT apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence and ideally already have some professional experience in a chemical and pharmaceutical company.
• You have practical experience with SAP WM/MM
• Willingness for a flexible working time model
• You are flexible, communicative, resilient and reliable
• German and English mandatory
