Logistics Technical Specialist

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Logistics Technical Specialist. This role focuses on leading technical changes, conducting risk analyses and serving as the primary contact for safety issues. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring safety and GMP compliance among team members, coordinating equipment maintenance and supporting logistics activities.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Process Engineer on technical changes, risk analyses and risk assessments.

- Serve as the primary contact for safety issues.

- Initiate and support technical changes as well as recognise, resolve, and interpret deviations.

- Lead, conduct, and monitor risk analyses & HAZOP.

- Participate in safety rounds and audits (EHS).

- Ensure safety and GMP compliance of all team members and conduct trainings.

- Present and enforce standard procedures at kick-off meetings with customers and PMs.

- Archive all relevant paperwork and data to ensure full traceability.

- Comply with legal requirements (EHS, xGMP, GDP, ISO 9001).

- Create and implement training plans.

- Coordinate maintenance of equipment, interface engineering, hygiene, EHS, SGIE.

- Create incident reports & participate in their clarification.

- Coordinate and prepare work permits as well as support all logistics activities.

Key Skills and Requirements:

- Completion of commercial, logistics, or CPT apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence.

- Experience in a chemical and pharmaceutical company is preferred.

- Practical experience with SAP WM/MM.

- Willingness to work flexibly.

- Strong communication skills, resilience, and reliability.
