**Responsibilities:**
- Lead cross-functional teams in pharmaceutical development and commercial projects

**Requirements:**
- PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in pharmaceutical development projects
