Tasks

• Actively shape our prioritization and way of working to ensure security is part of the picture from initial ideas to final deployments.

• Help design and implement cloud solutions for complex software and large data flows; keep an eagle eye on their security.

• Connect the security constraints and needs between developers, operations, our IT infrastructure, and customer IT.

• Implement and maintain automations and infrastructure to easily and reliably ship secure software updates to our customers.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of non-academic work experience as a DevOps Engineer or Security Engineer.

• Hands-on experience with securing enterprise software, both for cloud and on-premise deployments.

• Knowledge of authentication and authorization, protecting data at rest and in transit, security logging and monitoring, network segmentation and filtering, vulnerability and configuration scanning.

• Experience with Python, Docker, GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and Github Actions.

• BSc (or higher) in Computer science or related field.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• High standards regarding robustness and usability of automated workflows.

• At ease working with changing processes and shifting priorities.

• Strong motivation to work in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
