As a QA Release Manager, you proactively ensure quality oversight and compliance of the products in the Swiss market. Therefore - in product-related areas (e.g. Batch Release, deviation management) - you take on the role of the local process owner. You will operate at the interface between manufacturing and the market, you are the business partner for various functions. As a project lead, you drive compliance, innovation and operational excellence.
You foster and champion both a quality culture and a quality mindset. What you will do: • Batch Release:
Responsible for the release and non-release of product batches of marketed goods. This includes all products marketed by Novartis Pharma Schweiz AG, e.g. Advanced Therapies Medicinal Products (ATMPs)
• Change Control:
Be responsible to perform QA activities for product-related change requests.
• Quality Incident Management:
Be responsible for the management of quality incidents. Represents the country in escalation calls and monitors required activities for investigations.
• Communication to Health Authorities:
Be responsible for the timely communication with Health Authorities, as required.
• Product Lifecycle Management / Launches: Represent local QA organization towards internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for QA-related product lifecycle activities, such as launches, major changes (switches) and prunings.
• Ensure readiness for all GxP regulatory inspections & audits and performs self-inspections according to plan.

What you will bring? Education:
• Master degree in pharmacy or comparable education/scientific background with experience in GxP area Languages:
• Fluency in German and English (oral and written), French as advantage Experience:
• Several (5) years professional experience in pharmaceutical industry, analytics, quality assurance, production, distribution or pharmacy.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
