Quality Control Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join a renowned Swiss cosmetics business. You will have knowledge within the industry including experience working to ISO27716 standards, together with advanced English and French languages.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality and safety of products across the brand.
• Provide high-quality products to customers and retailers all over the world.
• Lead the process and product quality disciplines.
• Leading and continuing to build the Quality function to ensure product and supplier quality.
• Establish the end-to-end business processes that assure product consistency and effectiveness delivered through the entire supply chain
• Ensure compliance to ISO22716 standards.
• Strategically build the Quality function, identifying gaps and owning improvements to the organization, processes, and suppliers.
• Work with suppliers to ensure all necessary quality activities are rigorously addressed during initial product release and on-going production.

Skills

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in quality, manufacturing and supplier management.
• Knowledge of ISO 22716 standards.
• Strong communication skills, able to develop effective working relationships both internally and externally.
• BS in engineering/science related discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and French
