Quality Leader

To strengthen our Back-End Operations, we are looking for a Quality Lead to take ownership of process, quality aspects and coordination across the operation. The role will have a dual reporting line into the Back-End Operations Manager (tactical, daily and executional control) whilst also reporting to the Corporate Quality function (strategic, long-term and structural oversight).

Reporting to our headquarters in Marin/Switzerland, this position is responsible to:

• Leads the Back-End manufacturing quality on multiple, simultaneous, projects and investigations
• Responsible for non conform material management
• Provide technical expertise in problem solving, quality investigations using 8D, why-why analysis, corrective action definition, etc.
• Monitoring the effectiveness and conformance of process control, procedures and take ownership of implementing updates, best practices or corrective actions.
• Oversee the quality processes including MRB, SCAR’s, First Article Inspection, Changes
• Management of the document control activity within the Back-End Operations
• Maintain compliance with applicable certifications and standards
• Integration with the NPI process to ensure all quality control, documentation and checklists completed accurately
• Define and maintain quality KPI in coordination with the Corporate Quality
• Work with suppliers and customers on quality investigations

Profil

• University degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position in Quality Lead / Management activity

Compétences requises

• Experienced in 8D root cause analysis, process control plans, capability studies and FMEA’s
• Experience in managing external and internal audits is beneficial
• Experience in working with semiconductors is beneficial

Langues

• Proficiency in oral/written French and English languages is a must
• Knowledge of Italian is a plus
