Real Estate Accountant

NonStop Consulting AG is looking for a Real Estate Accountant to join our client’s accounting team in its office close to Zurich .

About our client

Join a prominent European manufacturer specialising in packaging solutions for diverse industries such as food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. Our client focuses on quality, innovation, and sustainability, and produces high-quality products while implementing environmentally friendly practices across its operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing financial and real estate accounting, including property costs
• Invoicing for administration fees, janitorial services, and facility management
• Responsible for supplies procurement
• Implementing rent adjustments
• Creating customised assessments and statistical analyses
• In charge of managing dunning processes and collecting debts
• Maintaining data and systems

Requirements for your profile:

• Extensive commercial/business education
• Experience in real estate accounting
• Fluency in English, French, German
• Experience with RIMO R5 is advantageous
