Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree (Economic, Business, IT or Engineering).
- Deep expertise and experience with proven track records in the SAP ECC – S/4HANA SD and CS modules. Relevant SAP certifications can be beneficial in demonstrating expertise and commitment to the fields.
- Knowledge about the integration of SAP ECC – S/4HANA with SAP Commerce and Service cloud, SAP FSM , SAP CPQ an asset.
- Knowledge of the Industrial Manufacturing, Machinery, and Components (IM&C) Business Processes industry a strong asset.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in SAP systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders and teams with strong ability to make complex solutions accessible.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and supplier interaction is advantageous.
