Job Description - SAP CS / SD Business Systems Specialist and Service Delivery Manager

Come aboard to oversee and enhance SAP CS/SD systems, a pivotal role in managing service value streams and fostering stakeholder connections.

  • Supervise and enhance SAP CS/SD systems to ensure smooth integration and potential expansion possibilities.
  • Maintain technical solution templates up to date.
  • Service Optimization:
  • Streamline end-to-end service value streams and implement best practices from ITIL.
  • Make substantial contributions to significant SAP transformation endeavors.
  • Document SAP configurations meticulously and supervise Application Management Services partners for seamless support.
  • Business Acumen & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Forge robust relationships with diverse business stakeholders.
  • Serve as a crucial technical advisor and liaison between business and IT departments.

Offer technical insights to bolster sales and customer service objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master degree (Economic, Business, IT or Engineering).
  • Deep expertise and experience with proven track records in the SAP ECC – S/4HANA SD and CS modules. Relevant SAP certifications can be beneficial in demonstrating expertise and commitment to the fields.
  • Knowledge about the integration of SAP ECC – S/4HANA with SAP Commerce and Service cloud, SAP FSM , SAP CPQ an asset.
  • Knowledge of the Industrial Manufacturing, Machinery, and Components (IM&C) Business Processes industry a strong asset.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in SAP systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders and teams with strong ability to make complex solutions accessible.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and supplier interaction is advantageous.
