Arlo Europe, part of Verisure, is seeking a talented, innovative and passionate Portfolio Marketing Associate/Manager to join our international and growing Portfolio team and be based in Antony Paris, France or Geneva, Switzerland. The role will report to the Portfolio Director and will work in close partnership with Operations and Finance departments.In this role, you will design and execute initiatives leveraging customer insights and partnering cross-functionally for execution. You will have a direct impact on our pan-European commercial operations by improving the customer value proposition and experience across all channels.Working with Arlo Europe at Verisure is being part of an industry leading world-class company that has a strong entrepreneurial spirit.ResponsibilitiesManage customer journey strategy and initiatives informed by customer insights and best-in-class practices (e.g. attrition management, upgrade experience, reactivating an account)Partner across the organization (esp. CRM, Technology, and Finance teams) to execute on initiative across all customer touchpoints and channelsTranslate customer insights and data (incl. survey, usage, and financial data) into innovative personalized experiences that drive customer loyalty and growthTrack initiative impact to gauge effectiveness and improvement opportunities with a focus on customer attrition and reconnection.Create business cases for proposed initiatives, used to inform portfolio-wide prioritization decisionsEnable broader business understanding of customer portfolio by enriching data and improving reporting toolsExperiences and QualificationsProfessional with minimum of 2-4 years of experienceBachelor/master’s degree in a quantitative field and/or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional deductive abilityExperience in strategic consulting and/or subscription-based business is highly valuableExperience leading cross-functional initiatives/programs delivering measurable business outcomesCompetenciesPassion for data and storytelling / journey mapping using qualitative and quantitative inputsStrong analytical capability and experience with rapid experimentation to drive improvement and make decisionsAn enthusiastic and high energy individual with a strong drive to create a positive work environmentA match to our culture – high energy and flex, fantastic at communication and huge amounts of drive.
