Digital Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Fluor. This is a remote work position based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an entry-level associate, you will be responsible for supporting our digital marketing efforts and helping to drive our online presence and engagement.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation - Manage and create content for social media channels, website, and email campaigns - Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives - Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Adaptability and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus - Past internship or relevant work experience is a plus
