Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

State Street Corp is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. We are looking for a driven and passionate individual with at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing to drive our online presence and strategy.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement - Manage social media platforms and content strategy to increase followers and engagement - Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve digital marketing efforts - Continuously test and optimize digital marketing strategies to improve ROI - Manage budget allocation for digital marketing initiatives - Stay informed on emerging technologies and digital marketing tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Lead and mentor junior team members in digital marketing best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing - Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, etc. - Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies - Strong project management skills
