Job Description:

Colgate-Palmolive is looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As an entry-level position, we are seeking individuals with a strong passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and grow within our organization. This position is based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns - Analyze digital marketing data to make informed decisions and optimize performance - Manage social media channels and create compelling content to attract and engage customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Monitor and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of digital initiatives

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong interest in digital marketing is a must - Reliable and independent personality traits are essential for success in this role - Attention to detail and persuasion skills are important soft skills to possess - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
