Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Hamilton Company is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager, with the opportunity to work remotely. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversion across various online channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising - Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook, and Instagram - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization - Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging and impactful content for digital marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our strategies are cutting edge and effective - Monitor and analyze data to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - 1 year of experience in digital marketing - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices - Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms, and email marketing tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Resilient and resourceful attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines - Attention to detail and strong presentation skills
