Head of Program Management Office

To lead a team or Project Managers and oversee the bank’s most critical projects. The role involves managing a complex portfolio of regulatory, operational, and financial projects aimed at optimizing performance and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Project Management Management Office, ensuring effective oversight and direction of the bank’s most critical projects.

Manage a portfolio of major projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency and regulatory alignment.

Drive technological and operational transformations within the bank, optimizing performance and compliance.

Interact extensively with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.

Orchestrate the seamless integration of substantial acquisitions, including operational and IT systems, across multiple jurisdictions.

Ensure that the bank’s practices meet rigorous international standards, enhancing our competitive edge in the global market.

Report to the COO.

Required Profile:

University degree in Finance, or a related field.

Over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector, with a focus on project management, strategic leadership, and regulatory compliance.

Proven track record of driving technological and operational transformations within high-profile banking institutions.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge of international banking regulations and standards.

Experience managing complex projects across multiple jurisdictions.
