In order to reinforce our commercial team, we are currently recruiting a:

Head of Retail Merchandising

Your mission
The head of merchandising will be responsible for developing and implementing a merchandising strategy across all channels to drive the success of our product assortment.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will collaborate closely with local subsidiaries as well as cross-functional teams, including supply chain, product and commercial to achieve business objectives and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

How will you make an impact

- You will prepare store-level planning and active stock management across all channels (IB/EB/MB/Ecom), breadth and depth of stock, in line with revenue/profit/stock levels/brand targets, including market needs
- You will plan Novelties and HH allocations to markets/clients optimizing for revenue, stock level, and brand building providing clear guidelines, and in collaboration with Supply team
- You will manage the allocation & distribution of Special Editions (e.g., Experiences) and Collector's exclusivities (e.g. Bronzo)
- You will plan and communicate deliveries, transferring products and replenishing stocks
- You will conduct Product S-O analysis across channels, including campaigns
- You will offer insights to Product teams for future development and assortment

How will you experience success

- You possess a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years work experience in retail or merchandising in fashion and/or luxury related industry.
- You have a high commercial acumen
- Excellent analytical skills and a data driven mindset
- Excellent knowledge of ERP tools (SAP, …) and analytical tools (BI, Looker, SAC)
- Excellent computer skills, Excel and PowerPoint experience required
- You have great communication and interpersonal skills are needed with an emphasis on detail and organization, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with strong follow through
- Fluent in English

Interview process

1st Stage - After your application has been selected, our recruitment team will reach out to you within 2 weeks to conduct an introductory call

2nd Stage - Interview with Chief Commercial Officer and our HR department.

3rd Stage - An additional interview with peers may be necessary.
