Human Resources Expert Compensation Management

Your main tasks

• Global responsibility for the remuneration management of the Ypsomed Group
• Contact person and sparring partner for the Ypsomed management for all strategic and methodological remuneration topics
• Advising HR specialists on all aspects of remuneration management
• Further development and establishment of the entire Ypsomed remuneration framework, in particular the "Total Rewards System" and the "Ypsomed Salary System"
• Evaluation and implementation of modern, scalable tools for the management of all remuneration topics and processes
• Responsible for the annual compensation cycle including salary review, short and long-term incentives as well as the preparation of the compensation report
• Responsible for other recurring processes such as salary benchmarking and recurring equal pay analyses
• Continuous market scouting and benchmarking with a focus on modern remuneration models

Your profile

• University degree in economics or a technical discipline with additional training in economics and/or human resources
• Further development in project and process management an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in strategic-conceptual tasks with a holistic focus in a large international matrix organisation
• Experience in a strategic role in the area of compensation and benefits
• Experience in leading complex projects, preferably in the area of compensation management
• Strong communication skills in German and English
