Tasks

Take charge of major customer acquisitions and deliver complete customized solutions in the Information Management sector. From initial consultation to project approval youll be the trusted advisor guiding clients through their digital transformation.

Your main tasks include:

• Providing comprehensive customer advice from acquisition to project approval
• Promoting change management among existing customers
• Supporting the major customer sales channel in acquiring complete IM solutions including software services and processes.
• Designing complete solutions tailored to customer needs
• Calculating and budgeting the overall solution
• Developing and conducting customer workshops and presentations
• Creating and delivering topicspecific internal training courses

Requirements

Your profile:

• Successful completion of technical or IToriented training.
• Additional training in business administration with a federal professional certificate (advantageous)
• Certifications in process management (e.g. ITIL Foundation)
• Project management certification (e.g. IPMA Level D or Scrum PSPOA) (advantageous)
• Experience with IM software products like MFiles (advantageous)
• Several years of experience as a consultant in the IT and IM environment
• Proven track record in consulting and selling complete solutions to major customers
• Strong interest in innovative IT technologies
• An openminded extroverted and communicative personality
• Fluency in German and English with oral knowledge of French (advantageous)
