International Performance Project Manager

In order to reinforce our commercial team, we are currently recruiting a:

International Performance Project Manager (24 months)

Your mission:

As the Project Manager for Commercial Performance team at Panerai, you will lead strategic initiatives to optimize performance, streamline processes, and drive growth across markets.

Your role will encompass forecasting, building strategy, overseeing commercial projects, performance monitoring and process structuring.

How will you make an impact

Commercial Projects:

• You will oversee the execution of commercial initiatives aimed at enhancing market presence and driving revenue growth.
• You will Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement action plans to capitalize on business opportunities.

Forecasting:

• You will develop robust forecasting models to predict sales performance and market trends in the short and long term.
• You will utilize data analytics and market insights to inform forecasting decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Presentations:

• You will prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting project progress, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
• You will communicate complex information clearly and concisely to facilitate decision-making at the executive level.

Performance:

• You will monitor and evaluate commercial performance against established KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• You will implement best practices and standardize workflows to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.

How will you experience success

• You possess a Master’s degree in Management / Economy / Engineering
• You have a minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in international environment
• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• You have excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience presenting to senior management.
• You have detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, power BI
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus

Interview process

1st Stage – After your application has been selected, our recruitment team will reach out to you within 2 weeks to conduct an introductory call

2nd Stage – Interview with Hiring manager and our HR department.

3rd Stage - An additional interview with peers may be necessary.
