To grow we need you in the position of Jr Communication Specialist, that will be inserted in the Corporate Communication & IBSA Foundation department of IBSA HQ handling various activities. Responsibilities and activities

• Support in the creation of institutional communication plans.
• Content creation and management support of online and offline communication for both external and internal activities
• Update of institutional materials and platforms
• Collaboration in the organization of events and meetings

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in scientific, economic or communication subjects
• At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and communication, ideally in communication departments of pharmaceutical companies, foundations, magazines and/or communication agencies
• Experience in dealing with content planning, content creation for social media, storytelling strategies, and the coordination of external agencies/clients.
• Deep understanding of how social media platforms work (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram)
• Experience in using CMS (content management systems)
• Italian speaker with excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (C1)

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of photography and video making
• SEO knowledge
• Good level of French and/or German
