Legal & Compliance Officer

Our client, a growing and global medical device company located in Geneva is looking for a Legal & Compliance Officer to join his team.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Collaborate with various departments to identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies. 

- Provide guidance on ethical and legal standards. 

- Monitor and ensure adherence to healthcare laws and regulations. 

- Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints. 

- Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations. 

- Maintain and update compliance documentation and records. 

- Review and update internal policies and procedures. 

- Submit contracts to the official French healthcare platform. 

- Draft various agreements, including consulting agreements, hospitality agreements, NDAs, and sponsorship agreements, for different markets. 

- Provide training and education to staff on compliance topics.

Your Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance with strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations. 

- In-depth knowledge of French Anti-Gift laws (Loi anti-cadeaux) is highly desirable. 

- Proven experience in policy development and implementation. 

- Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs. 

- Fluency in French and English. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
