Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.

Job Description

As a Global Product Manager you are responsible for the portfolio management for the product category Screwdriving & Sets. This includes price positioning, product performance, quality, competitive analyses and life-cycle management in a cross-functional and international team.

• You will be responsible for the global portfolio management for the product category Screwdriving & Sets (including price positioning, product performance, quality, competitive analyses, life-cycle management).
• In this context, you will collaborate on the global product strategy and share responsibility for the commercial success of the screwdriving & sets product segment.
• With your experience you carry out and document new product development projects for screw driving & sets.
• You are collaborating with Marketing on product launches and design product communication for our products.
• With your open mindset, you will review customer and market needs (UX) and plan and execute market visits.
• Your tasks are rounded off by tracking the competitive environment and customer satisfaction to increase competitiveness and product quality.

Qualifications

• Education : Completed studies in marketing or (business) engineering or comparable qualification
• Experience and know-how : Experience in product management or project management and market research are of advantage
• Personality and working style : Distinct ability to convince, self-responsible and self-organized, customer-oriented with entrepreneurial spirit, good analytical skills, hands-on attitude to power tools and accessories
• Languages: Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Willingness to travel: 5-10%
