Job Description
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a strategic product leveraging cross-customer endpoint data to provide intelligent insights to Nexthink customers. This product will help our customers better see, diagnose and fix IT issues.
Working with an empowered cross-functional product team, your mission will be to:
- Come up with viable and valuable solutions to solve our customer's problems.
- Work with the product designer and engineers to ensure usability and feasibility.
- Create product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Technical Services, and Management.
- Be the subject matter expert and evangelist of your product internally and externally. Acquiring deep knowledge of the market, industry trends, users, and customers are just as crucial as sharing this knowledge extensively
- Attend Agile ceremonies and manage the product operations: backlog management, prioritization, documentation, release notes, and trainings
- In addition, you will be able to play a transversal role in shaping the future of how Nexthink can see and diagnose IT issues.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills and/or experience in data analytics, data science or data modelling
- Deep knowledge of how IT works in enterprise-size companies
- Proven ability to engage, communicate and present to various stakeholders such as engineers, designers, company leaders, and customers in a constructive and collaborative relationship
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven approach
- Passion for problem-solving
- Professional-level English, spoken and written
Nice to have
- 2 years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner position
- Previous experience working in an IT team, especially troubleshooting complex issues
- Proven experience in setting strategy, creating and releasing a product (ideally B2B product)
- Experience working within a development team, and being responsible for value creation
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment while building extensible and scalable solutions.
