Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Time Warner in Geneva is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing. The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying new opportunities to drive growth for our company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels - Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to drive audience engagement - Collaborate with internal teams to create digital assets such as graphics, videos, and landing pages - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape - Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs to track progress towards goals - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to ensure innovative and effective marketing strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Emotional intelligence and strong time management skills - Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
