Job Description:

Windstream Holdings is seeking a motivated and hardworking Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This is a full-time, entry-level position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and websites - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online platforms - Use data-driven strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion rates - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Support the execution of SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and traffic - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand awareness and loyalty

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing best practices - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities
