Remote Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Molina Healthcare is seeking a driven and hardworking Remote Marketing Assistant to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. As a member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement. This position is full-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and advertisements - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to promote brand visibility - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate marketing efforts - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Innovative mindset and the ability to think creatively to solve problems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing tools and platforms - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
