Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant at Lennar in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a marketing role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve company goals - Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth - Create and optimize marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and advertisements - Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities - Assist with tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and reporting on key metrics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives - Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support marketing efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Hardworking and independent with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Emotional intelligence to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools - Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices - Experience with marketing analytics and reporting - Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
