Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a resourceful and confident Marketing Assistant to join our team at ManpowerGroup in Lausanne, CH. As an Associate Level Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in various marketing projects and campaigns to help drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our services and products. 2. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth. 3. Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing materials. 4. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns. 5. Assist in organizing events, workshops, and other promotional activities. 6. Generate reports and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to optimize marketing efforts. 8. Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field. 3. Strong organizational and time management skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Strategic planning and innovation skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software. 8. Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing. 9. Knowledge of SEO and SEM practices is a plus.
