Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Casey’s General Stores is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Casey’s General Stores and its products/services - Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and traditional marketing - Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities for growth - Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and website content - Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization - Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and sponsorships - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing objectives are met - Maintain marketing databases and assist with CRM activities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and reliable with a strong work ethic - Attention to detail and strong presentation skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and marketing tools/software - No prior experience required, but internship or relevant coursework is a plus
