Online Digital Marketing Associate

Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to Bühler Group's platforms. 2. Create and manage engaging content for social media channels, websites, and email campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize digital marketing campaigns and improve ROI. 4. Assist in the planning and execution of online advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, display ads, and social media ads. 5. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the digital marketing space. 6. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure Bühler Group remains competitive in the online landscape. 7. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing software. 6. Confidence and passion for digital marketing. 7. Emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills. 8. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
