Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Kimberly-Clark, a leading global health and hygiene company, is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Online Marketing Assistant in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This is a full-time entry-level position with no years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement - Create and manage social media content across various platforms - Monitor and analyze website traffic and online engagement metrics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute online campaigns - Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as blog posts, videos, and graphics - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Resilient and reliable individual with strong attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong persuasion skills and a passion for innovation - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
