Service Technician - with a travel across Asia

Our client, a leading global manufacturer of micro-machining solutions, is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join their dynamic team in Bern. Responsibilities:
- Take charge of machine installation, setup, and customer training, ensuring seamless operation
- Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance contracts, and tests for customers and the technical office
- Monitor and manage customer projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing top-notch service delivery

Requirements:
- HES engineer in microtechnology/mechanics, CFC in polymechanics, or automatician with additional technician training
- At least 3 years of experience in after-sales service, with knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens/Beckhoff)
- Fluent in French, German, or English, with willingness to travel 50-70% of the time (Asia, EU, US)
