Social Media Video Producer

We are looking immediately for a young, motivated and creative talent with a digital mindset for the position as Social Media Video Producer for our Switzerland Media Network Team. This is a temporary position until the end of the year 2024. In this role, the Social Media Video Producer will oversee the creation and execution of an audience specific content strategy to drive the reach and engagement with that audience in the market.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Bringing specialist knowledge of the audience, the Social Media Video Producer will work closely with the Content, Programming and Communication teams to drive audience growth through the development of creative concepts and formats for Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to build a holistic, always-on content experience.

• The Social Media Video Producer defines the content strategy for the discipline (its editorial scope, content and formats) and assists production of video, text, images and interactive content on Digital, TV and Social Media. The goal is, in close collaboration with the Social Media Manager, to grow the content quality of our Social Media Channels.

• The Social Media Video Producer works with in-house and third-party producers to create content which meets the editorial, budgetary, technical and legal standards of Red Bull. For this, the Social Media Producer recruits and coordinates editors, freelancers as well as contributors and manages the budgets and other finance tasks.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

• 2-5 years overall media employment in content creation or commissioning for specialist audience
• Proven track record for developing and executing world class content for target audiences in the market
• Good interpersonal skills in coordinating and guiding production partners and teams
• Strong skills in filming, editing, motion design and production management and clear understanding of the international content market, broadcast strategy and programming
• Fluency in English; French and German is a plus

• Travel 20-30%
