To strengthen its Supply & Logistic team and further boost its market entry into large-scale mobility, Bcomp is looking for a :

 

Supply Coordinator

Main responsibilities

• Ensure Supply Chain execution, follow-up and related activities.
• Propose improvements and manage stock and inventories through the whole supply chain.
• Provide support to product development projects.
• Report, monitor and communicate actively on the team.
• Create PO and follow them until the invoicing.
• Participate actively in the ERP optimisation.
• Be key user for item master data management.
• Support S&OP process in place.
• In collaboration with logistic and purchase report KPI’s linked to suppliers and transport (OTD).

Qualifications and Personal Qualities

• Experience in procurement, planning and/or forecasting (in automotive is a plus).
• Analytical skills and proven capabilities in problem solving.
• Structured and organized way of working with an ability to handle many projects in parallel
• Result oriented.
• Great communication skills.
• Fluent in English is a must, French and/or German a plus.
• Proven skills of MS office and ERP system is a must.
• Willingness to meet challenges with a proactive, positive, and energetic mindset – everything is possible!
