HR Services Specialist (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Aargau Start date: asap Reference number: 730291/1 Diesen Job teilen oder drucken Your responsibilities Support the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and of better ways of workingDrive the Continuous Improvement mindset within the Organization, train and support the teams in to identify process improvement potentials review KPIs and perform operational data analysis and coordinate the initiatives to implement the optimizationsSupport Continuous Improvement initiatives with impact primary on Local level or Regional, Global for the HR Operations OrganizationLead assigned initiatives from End-to-End perspective (planning, monitoring progress and risks, proactively acting on mitigation up to implementation as per defined timeline and ensure proper documentation of the projects driven as per the corresponding methodology PM/ Lean Six SigmaProcessing of complex reporting requests (incl. analysis) as well as the responsibility for local content management Your profile Education or further training in HR and/or several years of experience within HR OperationsExperience in similar roles (hands-on experience with implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization in multinational, complex Shared Service environmentProject management skills, ideally expertise and experience with Six Sigma and Lean toolsCustomer orientation and ability to transfer customer requirements into appropriate initiatives and/ or solutionsHigh degree of structure and self-organization, independent worker, deadline focused, analytical way of working incl. attention to detailAbility to solve problems creatively and to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyMS Office skills, especially Excel and ideally experience with SAP and WorkdayEnglish and German skills Your benefits International working environment Possibility of an extension
