Provides full support in all relevant HR processes and acts as a primary point of contact for all associates based in the region (Europe – 7 countries). Uses and improves existing tools and processes and participates to the design and implementation of new ones. Provides timely, thorough and accurate support and advice to external clients as well as to the other members of the HR department.
Acts as the initial point of contact for HR-related questions from associates and colleagues in other HR functions and provides guidance as and when appropriate; Refers questions to appropriate resources as applicable
Demonstrates intermediate knowledge of the different countries employment law regulations and/or know where to research information;
Diagnoses and resolves process issues by analyzing facts and data, and conducting thorough review; Communicates outcomes as appropriate
Manages processes - related to associates movements from hire to termination and associates’ life events ; seeks to continuously improve processes
Manages complex processes and/or processes with high impact or visibility.
Serves as a subject matter expert on Human Resources policies, processes and tools; partners with other HR functions as needed
Ensures HR systems are kept up to date and shares accountability for end-to-end process with other HR team members
Takes the lead on assigned focus area such as:
Communication: Understands the different communication tools available to associates in the region; With a focus on associate experience, is responsible for driving clear and accurate communication, thoughtful use of means and consistency of information across them
Employmemt law: Collates and summarizes employment law changes as they arise. Informs the relevant HR teams and ensures that processes and policies are updated as required
Process Management: with a focus on associate experience and efficiency, leads process continuous improvement, consistency across countries; Responsible for ensuring that process documentation is updated and that relevant tools are used for this purpose.
Participates in regional or global projects aiming at improving efficiency and process design; May participate in local or regional projects on other HR related topics
May perform a first level of check of the work performed by members of the team.

Requirements :
Previous HR experience in a similar role in a multinational environment
Solid Workday experience
Fully at ease with digital tools and keeps abreast and uses new technology
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Is able to adapt to the audience.
Excellent organisational skills, a sense of rigour and attention to detail, with a proactive approach.
Able to demonstrate critical thinking, even when following a well defined process
Is flexible and able to work in a rapidly changing and demanding environment
Strong customer service mindset, pragmatic
Collaborative and a team player
Curious, continuous learner
