Communications Specialist

As a Communications Specialist at Yum Brands in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's external and internal communications. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. 2. Create engaging content for press releases, social media, newsletters, and other communication channels. 3. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key partners. 4. Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify trends and opportunities for proactive communication. 5. Provide support for crisis communication efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues in a timely and effective manner. 6. Assist in the coordination of events, conferences, and other communication initiatives. 7. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in communication.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail. 4. Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with social media platforms. 6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
