Online Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Online Communications Specialist to join our team at R.R. Donnelley & Sons in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in online communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing online communication strategies to effectively promote the company's brand and services.

Responsibilities: - Create and implement online communication campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media platforms, website, and email campaigns - Monitor and analyze digital metrics to track performance and optimize strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices - Manage online advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement - Respond to online inquiries and engage with followers on social media platforms - Assist in the creation of visual and written content for online channels

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience in digital marketing and online communications - Excellent communication and writing skills - Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital analytics tools - Proficiency in content management systems and email marketing platforms - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and hardworking attitude - Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
